Very unprofessional and lackadaisical office. Called the morning of my appointment and told the person that picked up the phone that I had an appointment with Dr. Gross and asked if they could give me the address. The address they gave me took me to an office that he was not working at that day. Got the proper address from the desk worker and called that office to tell them I was going to be late but they immediately put me on hold for right under 10 minutes.
