How ridiculous, aren't they getting paid enough as it is... Midwest Allergy just started in March of 2011 charging $10 per prescription for a letter to be sent to your child's school if they need administered medicine while in school or if while on a field trip... how stupid. They also said that insurance will not cover this fee. They just lost four patients (me and my three children) today.
