Perhaps I saw him on an "off" day. I'll have to believe that, since I'm the only one with a negative experience. Went to urgent care with abdominal pain and bloody stools. Had issues for several days, but the blood was new. The staff was lovely, welcoming. Dr. Klug came in and I tried to briefly explain that I'd had 2 lengthy hospitalizations in the last couple months - one for a bone infection I'm still fighting, and the 2nd for C-diff. My first time here today and everyone was so nice. They were prompt and knew exactly what to do. The girl at the front was so nice and the medical assistant too. Dr. Klug was very patient and understanding. Definitely the best urgent care I’ve been to. Thank you guys!

Dr. Klub and his Assistants were outstandingly taken care off my wife for extreme pain after I took her to ER at Clovis Community Hospital on a Tuesday night and stayed there until 2:00 something. They took CT scan, blood and urine tests but found nothing. She was sent home. On Friday morning she could not get off her bed due to the same excruciating pain. I took her to the urgent care. They put her on a wheelchair and wheeled her into the exam room. While we transitioned into the room, Dr. Klug reviewed all tests from the H... read more
