My husband had a rake handle break and a large splinter got embedded in the webbed part of his hand between the thumb & pointer finger. He saw 3 Dr's and No one was able to extract the splinter. He finally went to Urgent care after 4 months of dealing with a painful & infected situation. Dr Klug efficiently numbed his hand and extracted the 1/2 inch splinter from his hand. Sent him home with the wound packed, antibiotics & follow up appointments. We are so relieved And grateful this ordeal is over and will definitely go back... read more
Dr. Klug was working urgent care and had me in and out of there with meds and a referral for an ultrasound all in about 30 minutes. He was kind and his staff did a great job.
I'm not someone who would normally leave reviews but I felt I should for Dr. Klug and his staff. I've seen them a few times this year and every time I've been met with excellent help, great communication, and patience in helping me understand my issues. Great Doctor, Great team. Thank you
I have come various times to this urgent care...not for the convenience as it's far from my home...very far let's just say, but due to the excellent service from both Dr. Klug, nurses and his staff, I continue to take that drive to go back. I attended for the first time for services months ago, and keep coming back for my multiple medical needs as I have found Dr. Klug and the facility have met my expectations and standards for care with excellent bedside manners, which is rare now in days. Perhaps I saw him on an "off" day. I'll have to believe that, since I'm the only one with a negative experience. Went to urgent care with abdominal pain and bloody stools. Had issues for several days, but the blood was new. The staff was lovely, welcoming. Dr. Klug came in and I tried to briefly explain that I'd had 2 lengthy hospitalizations in the last couple months - one for a bone infection I'm still fighting, and the 2nd for C-diff.
