HORRIBLE! I would not choose this practice, except it's the only one my HMO authorizes. They routinely overbook appointments resulting in excessive wait times. They emphasize quantity over quality and practitioners do not have enough time to properly care and treat patients. There are insufficient MD-level specialists to server their clients. AVOID!!! I've observed blatant HIPPA violations in the Glendale office.
Your staff at the surgical office is outstanding. Their dedication in making sure that I was comfortable and relaxed made it a pleasant experience. Doctor Shelton is an excellent surgeon.
