I saw this Dr and he didn’t understand what I said to him because English is my second language, he stop the Independent Medical Exam so quick and told me that he is going to ask for reschedule the IME whit an interpreter present, I agree but instead of that he sent the report to Labor and Industries and he said that I don’t have PTSD, I read the report and there is a lot of inconsistencies. Now I am worst because I can’t back to work for my condition and L&I is not doing anything. The doctor was frustrate and racist with me... read more
