I prepaid for my mom's dental service, was rescheduled 3times! Then doctor called in sick! Mom waited an hour in lobby before she was told doctor wasn't coming in. Then they weren't able to give me my money back because the doctor wouldn't call them back so they would have permission. So we left without service or my money! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Pretty Bad. Even if you have an appointment, expect to wait a long time in their waiting room, they aren't very organized about how they do their appointments. The staff are not very well trained either. When I asked to have my dental records transferred to their office, they had no idea that they could fax in a medical release to the other office and have them transferred, they wanted me to go to the other office and get it done myself.
