I was a patient of Dr. Sinclair for over a year. In that time he scheduled appointments every month. Then took over all prescriptions. Dr. Sinclare is knowledgable, he just wants too much control over the prescriptions.
Most of Staff is quite friendly and helpful. However, it took me at least 6 attempts to get a referral to a specialist. Finally got it, but not until my appointment started and it had not processed by the time I checked out, so I had to pay a couple hundred dollars out of pocket and then submit a claim for reimbursement. He is thorough and covers all the important things. Will listen to your concerns and schedule necessary followups or appointments with specialists. Funny too.
Dr. Sinclair is truly a master of his craft. He has immense knowledge and medical advice about even the most minute medical complaints and conditions. He makes his patients feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The office of Dr. Sinclair gets the concept of making a patient feel comfortable. From the warm reception from the staff through the examination and thoroughly checking to see what my insurance covers before I left made me feel comfortable and assured that I found the right doctor. They were all attentive to my needs. Thank you!
Dr. Sinclair is quick to respond to his patient's queries which helps reduce stress in an emergency. He has treated our family for various conditions all with good outcomes. He is up to date with current medical publications and cutting edge treatments and is very candid and explains treatment options clearly. My experience is that he has a genuine concern for his patient's needs and goes the extra mile to resolve health matters.
I have been a patient for at least 10 years. He is an amazing doctor. There is no other doctor I would trust with all my medical needs. Best doctor ever.
Best Family Practice doctor I have ever had. Very intelligent. Cares a lot. Great bedside manner. Highly recommended.
He is more concerned about what can be billed to your insurance than he is with your ailments. He sits down next to you at his computer and goes through every possible test or treatment that could be billed to your insurance company relative to your visit before physically examining you. His diagnoses are based on what can be billed!
