At 63, I’ve had my share of dentists—six, to be exact, all of whom retired over the years, leaving me to find a new one yet again. My recent visit to Dr. Michael J. Schmitt at Gentle Dental (418 N Main St, Brooklyn, MI 49230) was, without question, one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. 2 weeks to get in for an emergency visit is crazy. They didn’t offer to call if someone canceled. Receptionist was rude. I’d go somewhere who works to fit in long term patients and treats people better.
It was a long time since i've seen a dentist and Dr Schmitt did excellent work. I had an urgent situation and his staff got me in the next day. From the building, to the staff and Dr Michael Schmitt, my dental visits were far better than I could have imagined. Thank you Dr Schmitt
I had not been to the dentist in many years. Dr Schmitt, Lori and Carrie took very good care of me and made me feel at ease. They went above and beyond. All the staff, including reception was pleasant and inviting! Thank you to the whole team as you all do a wonderful job!
