If have been going to Dr Sakamoto for several years now. He is treating my glaucoma. And I am very satisfied with him. But the office help needs help. It's like no one running the front knows what they are doing.
Would go again and refer friends to Dr. Sakamoto, very informative, also very friendly staff. May 1 2019
Office staff is less than inviting, and could use a class on customer service. Called to schedule an appointment with the other doctor associated with the facility, and was told there was an outstanding balance of $6 on the account from January 2018 and could not schedule until paid. Okay, fine. Went to pay and the amount increase to $30+. Apparently there was a $6 fee from the January visit, and when I visited in June 2018 no one notified me of this bill.
