VERY condescending and egotistical. Provided services without consent and did not inform me that an ear cleaning is billed under non-medically necessary surgery and therefore is not included in a copay. Have itchy ears and when I asked why, he said he didn’t want to tell me until it was resolved, instead of admitting he didn’t know. About a week ago I went to urgent care for a mild earache in my left ear. They gave me drops and usually that does the trick. A day later I went back noticing it was a lot worse. That night I was in the ER as both ears were excruciating. They said outer ear for left and a middle and outer for my right. I was given oral antibiotics as well. Dr. Michael O'Leary, recommended by Dr.Brian Weeks, was exceedingly kind and knowledgeable. Titanium implants for my son after a horrific accident that greatly disturbed the mechanism of his inner ears. My son's overall recovery very much a miracle. At the consultation, doctor assured me all this would someday be a bad memory. Almost 16 years since the accident, my son is gorgeous, successful, married, doing cool things for many years. Seemed knowledgeable enough but I found his demeanor to be condescending, both toward me as a patient and sometimes his staff as he was training them while examining me. I am leaving a 1-star review primarily because of billing practices. I visited for a follow up expecting only to pay the copay according to my insurance.
