Very traumatic experience. I was under Dr Mike’s care for 2+ yrs for depression; during this time I had temporary improvements, but months later, back where I started. Starting 2019 my depression got worst & Dr M kept increasing my meds, one of them a very strong antipsychotic. On 4/7/19 I had a grand mal seizure; dr M suddenly took me off all my meds cold turkey, without any weaning period. I refer patients to Dr Morejon because the feedback I get from patients who have seen him. He is described as kind, knowledgeable, empathic, skilled, and competent. Patients like Dr. Mike as some of his young patients refer to him. He is one of the few psychiatrists I know who is as good at doing psychotherapy as he is dealing with medication issues. I know that whomever I refer to Dr Morejon will be treated with respect, understanding, and competence.
Dr. Mike and his team have been very rewarding to work with in every aspect.
