I had a truly awful experience having a biopsy done by Dr. Mallmann. He was rough, dismissive, and caused me significant pain. My mouth and throat were sore for days afterward, and I developed a large bump almost immediately. He later examined the area and assured me nothing was damaged, but the pain I experienced was intense and deeply concerning. The entire procedure felt cruel. Unfortunately, Dr. Mellman and staff refused to see me this past year as I carried a small balance from co-pays. I had arranged to make payments, and did pay however, phoning the office became an issue as they never returned my voicemails. The last time I went to his office, I was mistreated by the entire staff in front of 15+ patients in the waiting area. One staffer said, "I know YOUR kind! You'll run up a balance and never pay!"
