I had a truly awful experience having a biopsy done by Dr. Mallmann. He was rough, dismissive, and caused me significant pain. My mouth and throat were sore for days afterward, and I developed a large bump almost immediately. He later examined the area and assured me nothing was damaged, but the pain I experienced was intense and deeply concerning. The entire procedure felt cruel.
