If it wasn't for my amazing doctor I promise I would never come back here! The people that work here are completely incompetent and I AM DISGUSTED! Every time I come here they try to charge me a co pay when I my office visits are covered 100%. I have to explain to them the same thing EVERY TIME and have to contact my insurance EVERY TIME! My insurance company ALWAYS has to send them whats already in front of them. The people at the front desk are rude, untrained and incapable of doing this job. The best doctor you can ask for. Answers everything and provides all your health care needs.
My first few experiences at this office were good: Friendly and professional office staff, and Dr McKenzie is very easy to talk to. The most recent time i've been there, it kind of felt like a machine. In other words, they want to get you in, then get you out. The doc was very nonchalant about a few issues I mentioned, even though they were real problems for me. No sulution/s were offered. Then, when I got my bloodwork done the next week, no one from their office ever called me to discuss it. I had to call several times (the... read more
