Best Spine Dr in Arizona
Made appointment in person at least a month prior to our visit. Gave front staff primary and secondary insurance cards. When we arrived for our appointment we were told by the office manager that they could not see us, did not take our secondary. No one called us and they had a month to do so. Now my son is out of his pain medication and going through hell waiting for new doctor. Dr. McCaulley may be wonderful but his staff are totally unprofessional!
