I had an appointment in August 2018 and a follow-up appointment in September. we had a hurricane expected to hit and my abbpintment was 4 days after so I cancelled the appointment knowing what happened during the last major Hurricane. The damage from the hurricane took my attention and I withstood the pain until December and made an appointment. Dr. Maggitti always takes the time to discuss any questions or issues I have regarding my kne. Considering how many times I had to call him after my surgery, and the fact that he always responded quickly, I am grateful to him and his level of concern for my personal wellness. Unlike my brother who is a lawyer and gets to charge for every minute a client is on the phone with him, doctors now a days are heckled for not spending an hour with every patient. The care changed so much. At one time you knew Dr Maggitti would do all possible to make you live a better active life. I think the wife has little knowledge about running the office. Honestly, she seemed "dippy". I went elsewhere and got excellent care and am back and so called running again.
i went in for simple ortho knee surgery he said i'd be running again in 8 weeks well i came out of surgary with 5 holes instead of the 2 or 3 i was to have long story short, 15 yrs later i live on morphine,and many other drugs it costs us hundreds of dollars a month on top of our ins. Thank god 5 yrs ago i found a woderful pain dr ,dr rabino in devon,and just this month he led me to another wonderful pain specelest and had a pain stimulater implanted in my spine and he did a wonderful job.... it has helped so much,i am so lo... read more
The reason he is only concerned with patient balances is because of his wife. All she cares about is money. She has attempted to "run" the office, but ran it right into the ground. Dr. Maggitti used to care about his patients and was a very pleasant man and wonderful surgeon. Now that she's apparently always on his back he seems very distracted. All of the wonderful employees that used to work there have left because of this woman. I miss the way the office used to be. I've heard how his wife talks to patients...it's terribl... read more
Just care about patient balances that are due and not patient care.
Good doctor!!!!!!!! Replaced my mother's knees a year ago. she has since recovered. i go to him for my ankle and he has helped me the best that he could
Good at what he is good at (like shoulders). Probably should not go out of his specific area.Pleasant disposition
