Dr krol is a great dentist! Dr krol durning 2018 wasnt even practicing because of an illness, and this patient wrote a review while he was recovering. Pretty unfair to evaluate dr krol when it wasnt even him. Pretty sad world we live in honestly
needs gentle lessons unfortunatly he is not a good dentist, he is kind of rough and when i had to do a root canal he did a quick one and i am not sure he even did it right. i ended up getting charges for services even on medicaid. not seeing him again
The Dentist himself isn't bad but his secretary is horrible. She freaks out on him all the time In front of my children which are his patients.
Paid $1500.00 dollars for dentures, that I could not wear. Moved to NV they cracked right in half. They did not do what a good dentist would do, make them fit properly, for he was told I halve across bite. When I got them all they did was make my mouth super sore. All he asked me how did I like the teeth. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY DENTAL WORK. Plus after a few visit they said they will have to charge me,cause they could not fix them right.
I have been going to Dr. Krill since I was ten. I am now thirty five. Due to my recent laziness in flossing, I developed a bad cavity on two molars that Dr. Kroll filled this past Saturday. The size of the cavity was enormous- I could tell based on the X-ray and by the amount of tooth Dr. Kroll was forced to remove. Over the weekend, my daughter developed an abscess and we had just moved into the area so we hadn't established with a dentist yet. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to get her in to be seen within the hour. They were on time. The staff was very kind and was willing to go the extra mile to help get the insurance information. Dr Krol was very patient, friendly and kind to my child. Don't go here!! He over charges and is very rude,mean and NASTY.
A doctor is supposed to tell a person exactly what is going on, and what is going to happen. Dr. Krol likes to make mystery appointments, and never once have I been asked what day is good for ME.
