Long story short, I'm embarrassed, ashamed and offened. After my Dr visit I overheard him in the hallway telling who I hope were his co-worker "Won't she be surprised when she finds out her eye drops aren't covered by her insurance." Then an added comment. "I know, she came in originally for her right eye, now her left eye is bothering her." Well, in my defense you gave me the wrong size contact! I only hope you treat people who don't work there better.
We have found Dr. Hennessey to be an exceptional doctor in all aspects of diagnosis, treatment and patient care. Two generations of my family has been under his care and have benefited greatly from his medical expertise.
