Visit didn't address issue--just re-xrayed to reaffirm bone wasn't broken, then had to schedule follow up mri which added another week before any diagnosis
First time ever this Dr. He was very detailed In showing x-rays etc, no rushing
Explaining how to wear the equipment
Was impatient with my questions and told me I was asking the “wrong” questions. Hope not to see him again
I had my bicep tendon torn in an injury and Congress Ortho was able to get me in next day for evaluation. I found Dr. Fraipont from a recommendation of a friend here in Pasadena CA. Dr. Fraipont confirmed the injury and scheduled me for surgery the following week. He was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with all steps of the procedure and got me repaired.Very happy with Dr. Fraipont, his staff and Congress Ortho.
I saw Dr Fraipont for shoulder pain after an injury at my gym. His colleague thought it was a biceps tear but Dr Fraipont thought it was a rotator cuff tear and he was correct. He treated me very well and helped me heal and feel good along the way. Now I am taking my wife to him for a broken toe. I trust him a lot and he has a careful pleasant attitude. Scott
I learned that Dr. Fraipont isn't interested in your pain. I learned I didn't follow the process correctly. I thought someone would call me about my MRI results. I was wrong, after calling the office four times I finally got a response; "Please make an appointment." In all I would have to wait two weeks for my MRI results. But, I'm in pain! If I hadn't called, no one would have called me. The Dr. simply doesn't care. I didn't follow the process. I was told it was my fault. We agreed to see another Dr.
I had a meniscus repair back in 2014 and Dr. fraipont had been treating me since then. I've had recurring pain which he could not answer why and instead on trying other alternatives he recommend transfer of care. I trusted this guy and his advise but instead he gave up and declined to work with me, leaving me in pain. I liked the guy but I was completely wrong about him.
I am 58 year old man. Dr. Freipont performed ACL replacement, and reconditioned the meniscus and surrounding tissues on my left knee in January of this year. Now I am ready to go back to work, only five months after my operation, also live a normal life. I thank him for helping me, he is an excellent surgeon, kind, professional. The first surgeon I consulted told me that I was too old and he would not operate on me. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Freipont, you can't be in better hands.
