My 82 year old mother was lucky enough to hear about Fracchia’s through a recommendation of a dear friend so we decided to take a drive out east to see him. This was 2 years ago. Since than Dr. Fracchia performed 2 procedures on my mother. Well worth it. See my google review , this place does not allow to use enough characters to describe out great experience with Dr Fracchia and his team
During our visit he acted as if he could not care less, gave a complete misdiagnosis, prescribed an antibiotic and walked out. Absolutely no help. Avoid this doctor.

Good bedside manner. Very organized office. His nurse practitioner, Kenny, is terrific. His nurse, Mary, is super organized and efficient and always available to answer any questions.. Easy to get an appointment. As far as knee replacement goes, this office and St Charles Hospital has it down to a science..
Expect to be in the office for over two hours. The wait time in the waiting room will take about an hour and the wait time in the room will be about another 30+ min before seeing the doctor. Office is unkempt, slightly foul smelling and inefficient. Doctor Fraccia has an “in and out” manner about him which doesn’t seem to suit the wait time you have to deal with in this office. You feel pushed to the side by Dr. Fraccia which makes sense because clearly the office is too busy for them to handle.
Be prepared to wait 2+ hours between what time you appt is to when you actually walk out. Multiple Dr’s in the office makes for cramped waiting area. Everyone waiting currently in office has been here 1.5 hrs before even being seen. During appt he made little to no conversation explaining condition. Staff pretends like wait times aren’t that bad, meaning it happens all the time. Also bathroom is very dirty, poorly kept, worst in any Dr office I’ve been to.
The doctor is average, but the office is a nightmare!There's a number of doctors in this office and probably aren't aware of the staff and lack of professionalism. I have been there a number of times, and it's always an issue when it comes to anyone following up on anything I'm always having to do all the work the office should be doing. I have had results from a lab for about a month, and still haven't heard a word from this office, the report showed a problem. Poor reflection, unhappy!

If your going to see Dr Carroll your better off scuduling an appointment with a Veternarian, because your just going to be treated like an animal in this office.
