Expect to be in the office for over two hours. The wait time in the waiting room will take about an hour and the wait time in the room will be about another 30+ min before seeing the doctor. Office is unkempt, slightly foul smelling and inefficient. Doctor Fraccia has an “in and out” manner about him which doesn’t seem to suit the wait time you have to deal with in this office. You feel pushed to the side by Dr. Fraccia which makes sense because clearly the office is too busy for them to handle.
Be prepared to wait 2+ hours between what time you appt is to when you actually walk out. Multiple Dr’s in the office makes for cramped waiting area. Everyone waiting currently in office has been here 1.5 hrs before even being seen. During appt he made little to no conversation explaining condition. Staff pretends like wait times aren’t that bad, meaning it happens all the time. Also bathroom is very dirty, poorly kept, worst in any Dr office I’ve been to.

Dr. Fracchia is very knowledgeable with my medical conditions. It is always a pleasure to see him and his medical staff. I never feel rushed at my appointment with the doctor. Everyone always has a smiling face when I come in for my appointment. Any questions I have are always answered.
Dr. Fracchia has hands of gold. A wonderful doctor, wonderful person, very friendly, knowledgeable, I could not have been happier with him or my procedure. So glad I had the hip replaced, should have had it done ages ago.
