The receptionist/appointment scheduler is extremely rude. She behaves as if she controls the doctor and nurses ability to speak with patients. She reluctantly passed my message along to a nurse and then called me back to complain about the amount of work it will take to arrange for a CT scan at another facility. When I asked her for her name, she didn't provide it and actually said have a nice day and disconnected the call. Yes, she hung up on me!!! This review is about her only and no one else at the office. Keith Z.
