The staff is amazing but the products they use are very cheap and don’t last. I lost a veneer twice, and then only had a crown for a month before it popped off. My daughter lost a filling not long after she had the work done. They are willing to fix it, but it is inconvenient to have to keep taking time off work to have the the same work repeated. I won’t be back.
Dr Dostal is a great dentist. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and never had an issue. I started bringing my son when he was a toddler. From the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor, it is always a great experience!
Dr. Dostal and all of his staff are absolutely incredible!!! I had some severe dental anxiety and he and his staff made me feel very comfortable! They also care personally about giving you a smile that makes you feel good about yourself. Their service and care for their patients is far beyond your traditional dental care! Highly recommend them!
Always friendly and do a great job. Unfortunately, they stopped accepting BCBSKS so I have to find a new dentist. So far it's been a struggle. Can't seem to find the right fit. Please accepts BCBSKS again so I can come back.
Very friendly staff, and modern technology make Mill Creek dental an enjoyable experience... even it it's still going to the dentist. Stuff for the kids to do in the waiting room - good for parents!
