DR. Cusatis, is the absolute Best! And his staff are amazing. They are my Heroes! I had a botched wisdom tooth extraction and a root was left wrapped in my nerves and jaw bone. Dr. Cusatis took me on as a patient when others turned me away :(. Wonderful kind hearted very skilled surgeon! I can't Thank him enough. I feel like a new person! He is the Man! Highly recommend him and his staff
A friendly-ish staff, they won't answer questions correctly or will laugh at you on the phone if you have "Medical questions" It's extremely hard to talk to the doctor which is understandable, to a point. but if you live far away I would suggest finding another place to go regarding service. 4 stars for the procedure but the service -1.
The staff was super friendly. I was on the waiting list so they got me in sooner. Also, I had a perforated ear and the surgery made my ear hurt. They did everything they could to keep me comfortable. They were great! I'd refer my friends and family there.
I had a biopsy completed & The staff and Dr. Cusatis himself were absolutely amazing. I voiced my concerns and they answered them without hesitation and empathy. Very caring staff and great doctor. Highly recommended this staff and Doctor.
Had 2 teeth removed and I was treated with alot of respect and kindness I'll be definitely going back thank you Michael cusatis
