The procedure itself went great and Dr was professional. Unfortunately their front staff made this an extremely disappointing experience. First we have been on a cancellation list for months because my daughter needed a tooth extracted that her normal dentist couldn't do. We finally got in, had multiple phone calls to make sure everything was ready ahead of time leading to the appointment. I just want to share my experience with this office as I’m absolutely bewildered by the level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced. I had an appointment over a year ago to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had my pre op appointment and everything was fine. Insurance was good and I was set up for my surgery date. Come the day before my surgery I get a phone call confirming my appointment at 11:30am. Which I had said that’s not correct, it is supposed to be at 1:30pm. DR. Cusatis, is the absolute Best! And his staff are amazing. They are my Heroes! I had a botched wisdom tooth extraction and a root was left wrapped in my nerves and jaw bone. Dr. Cusatis took me on as a patient when others turned me away :(. Wonderful kind hearted very skilled surgeon! I can't Thank him enough. I feel like a new person! He is the Man! Highly recommend him and his staff
A friendly-ish staff, they won't answer questions correctly or will laugh at you on the phone if you have "Medical questions" It's extremely hard to talk to the doctor which is understandable, to a point. but if you live far away I would suggest finding another place to go regarding service. 4 stars for the procedure but the service -1.
