They saved my butt! I had a decaying impacted wisdom tooth, another impacted, and a hidden one in the gums. They originally had me scheduled for December. I have Delta Dental but not thru an employment would not accept the insurance
The procedure itself went great and Dr was professional. Unfortunately their front staff made this an extremely disappointing experience. First we have been on a cancellation list for months because my daughter needed a tooth extracted that her normal dentist couldn't do. We finally got in, had multiple phone calls to make sure everything was ready ahead of time leading to the appointment. I just want to share my experience with this office as I’m absolutely bewildered by the level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced. I had an appointment over a year ago to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had my pre op appointment and everything was fine. Insurance was good and I was set up for my surgery date. Come the day before my surgery I get a phone call confirming my appointment at 11:30am. Which I had said that’s not correct, it is supposed to be at 1:30pm.
