I originally had a procedure done in Richmond that I ended up not being happy with - I was bummed because the doctor (while having less experience) had stellar reviews. Couple years later, I moved back to nova and decided to research doctors in this area for a revision. Left me permanently scarred (outside of typical surgery scarring) after screwing up and then refused to do any revisions without additional cost. I didn’t realize how poorly he did and the mistakes he made until after I went into the health field myself. I truly believe he rushed through my surgery since the patients surgery prior to mine took significantly longer than it should have. Dr. Brown is an incredible doctor. His skills are that of an artist and perfectionist in all that he does. His knowledge and experience are evident. At the same time, he is probably one of the most compassionate doctors that I have met. His integrity is beyond any doctor that I have met.
