I was hurt at work, When I was assigned here I was scared as I had no control over this choice. I can only say while still being treated I feel better. I have never felt like I was not getting 5 star care. The whole staff are the best. The PA both gentlemen are caring understand and smart. Every staff member I have come in contact with have been swell. Special call outs to Dr. Broom, the wonderful lady who you check every time in, the PA men. I have been a patient of Dr. Brooms for well over 15 years. Hundreds of appointments., shots, epidurals and surgery I have never had a bad experience. His staff has always put my care and comfort above all else. From his P.A.'s to the Nursing Staff and all his Office Staff, all of them go above and beyond to make your care the best it could possibly be. Thank you !
Dr. Broom, his PAs, and staff have taken amazing care of me! Through physical therapy, multiple epidural steroid injections, and ultimately a discectomy operation, I couldn't have been happier with the service I've received. Dr. Broom restored my quality of life after treatment. The staff were always attentive to my needs and professional. Dr. Broom was always concerned with my progress and providing the best possible treatment. I was reluctant at first to a surgical approach but realized that after other treatments that was the best possible outcome . I drove from Melbourne to see Dr. Bloom. I was worried about my neck and sciatic pain. He was reassuring and through. He was willing to give us lots of time and answered all our questions. He aslo has an Amazing PA! I left feeling re-assured. I highly recommend!
I was accused of just looking for pills. My first visit, I was told there was definitely wear and tear damage to my spine. He gave me Flector Patches to try and help the pain and said if they don't work, then to come back and we would talk about other methods of pain management. I went back a month later because they weren't working and his PA or assistant or nurse accused me of looking for pills and said that they would not help me. He said my back was fine and accused me of lying about my pain
