2 days before moving to Florida, I received biopsy results from my trusted derm. and was told that I needed Mohs surgery. I had been with this derm. 10 years. I went to Dr. Bond in Lady Lake and the summary of the appointment was that my insurance wouldn't pay for Mohs and they would go in "blind" but the surgeon almost always got it right. No call to insurance, no meeting the surgeon. Found a board certified Mohs surgeon who said Mohs was the procedure to use and yes insurance covered it.
Today I received a very cursory and unthorough examination because Dr. Bond was too busy talking about how wonderful Donald Trump is and how terrible Clinton and Obama were. I felt harassed, violated and trapped by his diatribe. I think he's lost his mind. He was never like this before. Don't feel like I can trust his judgment any longer, I will not be going back. I've seen him at least twice a year for the last 4 or 5 years. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL behavior.
