5 months after my visit I have still yet to get my results. after 9+ phone calls, I have gotten nothing but a run around on the phone bounced between different numbers and offices with all sorts of differing excuses. Update: It has now been 10 months since my initial visit and I have still yet to receive treatment for my initially diagnosed issue. I have however received bills from his office for things such as "behavioral change: smoking" which i have no idea what that is about and can of course not get anyone on the phone ... read more
My husband and I had a wonderful first appointment with Dr. Akerman. We have found the pulmonologist we needed. Dr. Akerman is so detailed, and takes the time we all want when seeking help for an illness. His expertise far surpassed a previous pulmonologist we went to . Needless to say Dr. Akerman comes highly recommended!
