The nursing staff is rude and not compassionate about patients personal lives and sends rude emails is unprofessional on phone calls trying to get a prep prescription. I canceled my appointment and am going somewhere else.
Outstanding process and transparency. Was treated well and kept updated at every step. Dr. Kapila and the staff were excellent. I’m switching my health care from Mayo to Baptist. At Mayo I would still be waiting for an appointment.
