Doctor Zachariah in Pearl River and his staff in Middletown are the worst. They to put on a prescription, it takes 3 days. He barely sees my dad. Send them always to the hospital. For some reason, it's like they're no good-for-nothing. They're not what they once were. Don't choose them, they're awful.
