My 91 year old mother who has macular degeneration in one eye had a 9:15 appointment with him this morning. He saw her for no more than one minute after we waited almost 2.5 hours! When we finally got in the room I asked his assistant if they schedule multiple people for the same time slot and she said yes. This is a horrible way to treat patients. It is disrespectful of their time. It also shows they he is only in it for the money since he does multiple bookings at the same time.

Doctor is great, but horrible service. Had an appt for 1:30 and didn’t get seen past 3. Unbelievable. Anytime it was brought up, nothing was done. We were just told the doctor will see you once he can. Appointment is made for a reason and to be this delayed on multiple visits speaks volume. It goes to show there is no respect for customers time and horrible management around appointments.
He saved my eyesight. I had been going to another opthomologist and kept complaining that I had problems seeing. He could find nothing wrong for 6 months. Then I woke up one morning and was bind in one eye. I could not take off of work so I drove for 3 weeks with limited vision and then went to Dr. Osman and he immediately did surgery. I came out of that with complete sight. He was professional, compassionate, and an expert with his magical abilities in the operating room.
