I am very disappointed with today’s visit with my Primary Care annual appointment. I was referred to this facility as a Jackson employee, and after two separate phone calls confirming my insurance information, I was unexpectedly informed that the providers do not accept the same insurance provided to Jackson employees through our employer. Wow, I have been in the medical field and been a patient of this practice for almost 2 years and have never been treated this way. I will take the Drs. Advice and find a new PCP. The office is very disorganized, I had my annual physical on Jan 28, 2025 and they said see you in a year and made me another appointment for Jan 26 2026 so the assumption is I am good for a year.
