Easy to talk to. Listens and is very understanding.
I believe Dr. Guerena is a competent Dr. and he's easy with which to work. It's true that you have to wait at lease 15 minutes past your appt. time, and sometimes up to 45-60 minutes. Other than that hitch his office staff, which odly are all young women (you'd think they would have male nurses for their male patients... so I wonder how female patients would feel about an all young male staff during examinations, etc. Other than that, Dr. Guerena is well qualified and has an easy personality.
I've been going to Dr. Guerena for several years and am quite pleased with his expertise and easy-going manner. His office staff tries hard. My only complaint is that his office is so busy you usually have to wait at least 30 minutes or more past your appointment time to see him... sometimes even longer.
He is pleasant and informative. He does a good job explaining conditions and treatments.
