I got treated in a rude manner by the Drs assistant today. She asked me what I was there for. I said for my foot. The Dr made my appointment and wanted to see me today. I went there to see the Dr., not to be treated in a rude manner by an assistant. Nobody goes to the Dr to get treated badly or talked down too. She told me I was being rude and nobody wants to deal with me. But reading other reviews it sounds like other patients have experienced this same kind of treatment. I only hope things get better. God help us all.
The first time we went was ok. They took care of my son and we went home. The second time we went the first nurse got called out by the second nurse to help another patient which was fine. I get things happen. However, the second nurse walked in with zero personality and blandly and reluctantly asked why we were there. I told her. She grunted. I just sat there in disbelief. Dr Michael Gordon took it upon himself with out my permission, to remove my toes. Before surgery we agreed to remove the end knuckle because I had hammer toes. Why did you do this to me.He also refused to give me any pain medication.
