I was treated for a broken wrist at my local ER they said I would need surgery and put it in a splint and had made my appointment with Dr Messner for two weeks later. As my appointment date approached I called Dr Messner’s office and they said they had no record of my appointment. I asked if they could get me in but they said no, I should try and find someone else in Colorado Springs. Dr Messner shared a look and a chuckle with his nurse when I cried my pain was so bad. I think he would make a better accountant than a doctor
Dr Messner replaced my right knee, and the pain never stopped for three (3) years. Dr. Messner would never admit that he had done anything wrong. After three years, another surgeon (Dr. Michael Feign) opened up my painful prosthetic knee and found that the bottom half of the prosthesis was not glued in. It was so completely loose that Dr. Feign simply lifted it out with his fingers. Dr. Feign then replaced the wrongly implanted prosthetic knee with another one.
