Very disappointed in my last visit. The doctor never put in my prescription to my pharmacy for my pain in my foot. The staff kept giving me a run around. All I wanted was the topical cream for the foot pain that I am having. That the Doctor recommended. I have been going to this office for many years. For different orthopedic needs. Truly truly disappointed.
I've seen Dr Maday over the last 5 years. He has corrected torn meniscus on both knees and a broken wrist. He always lets me know what the issue is and what my options are to address. I am a active hiker and I like that he treats many athletes as he focuses on how to get you back to your sport. A terrific doctor who listens and knows his stuff. He is the best.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Super rude, the billing department are the worst.
