They seemed qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was very disappointed when errors began to occur. Examples include a piece of jaw bone and tooth left in the jaw after tooth extraction requiring the gum to opened a second time, misreading my chart and drilling into the nerve of a live tooth with no deadening, an infection following a deep cleaning and finally, not finding an abscessed tooth I pointed out to them.
