Dr Frankel was the best. Got me through a rough time transitioning from the military. Can't find his information of where the practice went after he retired. I would love to get in touch to see another doctor.
Saw Dr Frankel for 20 years and he was the absolute best. He just retired and I’m heartbroken.

I called Dr. Frankel's office to make an appointment twice. The first time, I spoke with someone in the office who said they would have the Dr. return my call. The second time i left a message, referencing that this is my second call to schedule an appointment. I never received a call back. Pretty inconceivable for a shrink not to return a call for help. Maybe he's a good Dr. but i will never find out.
I found Dr. Frankel to be very cautious and a very caring doctor. He helped stabilize my wife during a very difficult time. One could not ask for better front desk help than what Jason provided for us. I call Jason, in need of help, and he leaves his desk and gets an answer from Dr. Frankel. Excellent team!
Friendly caring provider. Communicate with ease. Trust in providers decisions. Happy with the improvement I have been experiencing since I began treatment with Dr Frankel. Overall excellent service. Highly recommend.
Paula and Jason are Dr. Frankel's staff. They are awful at what they do. Refused to help me receive treatment because they did not want to do more paperwork to get me help at Northridge Hospital. Told me to go elsewhere because Northridge Hospital is out of network for my PPO. Lazy, unethical people who made my illness worse.

Dr. Frankel thoroughly explained the electro convulse therapy treatment to my mom and all of us who are taking care of her. His explanations helped throughout the entire procedure as we all knew what to expect. The results have been dramatic improvement. We couldn't be happier having a psychiatrist with his level of expertise taking care of our mom. Dr. Frankel's front office manager, Jason is indispensable in helping with everything that the patient needs. His knowledge and follow through A++++
