Dr. Mike is fantastic and the hygienist, Toni, was an absolute angel. I have horrible anxiety and she was so kind and calming. Would recommend to anyone
Dr. Mike has performed implant placement for me. He is very knowledgeable, precise and skilled. He addressed all my questions and concerns in a highly professional and informative manner . I was very pleased with my results. Shout out to Toni, his assistant. She’s very friendly, organized and helps you feel relaxed and calm during the procedure. Definitely recommend Cleveland Implant Institute!
I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received from Dr. Mike. Like many, dental visits cause me a great deal of anxiety. But Dr Mike and and his whole staff made the entire experience very stress relieving. Dr Mike was so kind and completely understanding of my anxiety. He explained everything that was going to happen before hand and then kept updating me as the procedure continued. I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Mike is. I just had work done today and I had absolutely no pain and he was very thoughtful about explaining everything I would highly recommend him. Also, his nurse Vicky, is great makes you feel comfortable and she makes you laugh and I love that.
Vicki was my surgical assistant and she made me feel veey taken care of. My procedure went well thanks to her expertise. Very happy with my visit
