Spite with some of the other reviews have said, I found them to be incredibly professional and amazingly knowledgeable. Dr. Mike was able to squeeze us in before hours as my daughter’s tooth was killing her and we were going on a trip a few days afterwards. He took care of her, got her out of pain, and was able to make our trip that much more enjoyable.
I have been a patient at Sunrise Dental Associates for some time now, and my experience has been mixed, to say the least. For over 30 years, I saw the same dentist until his retirement, and I never had a cavity. Since coming to this practice, however, they’ve insisted on finding a new cavity at nearly every visit, which feels strange considering my previous dental history. Called here regarding a dental appointment. The woman who answered the phone was happy to talk until I mentioned that I had already visited a dentist the same day who informed me I had 3 cavities I needed to get cleared up before I can do invisalign with them (they were cosmetic dental and don't accept my healthcare insurance, which is why I called here for an appointment as they do accept my insurance). Horrible practice, don't go here!!! The receptionist are the worst, crooks, trying to charge for services not done! Leslie is rude and disrespectful. The Dentist is worse.
