Dr. Seiff was my husbands surgeon for a fusion. I went to see him after having headaches daily for over a year and a half with no explanation found by other physicians. Dr. Seiff was able to determine I had a Chiari malformation. Dr. Seiff performed the Chiari decompression surgery and my daily headaches went away. The surgery was performed in December 2013, it has been 3 years and I am so grateful for Dr. Seiff's expert care.

WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I've waited several hours, unfortunately, to see this excellent surgeon. However, I'd rather wait and be seen than turned away because the schedule was too full to take me on as a patient. Dr. Seiff has spent as much time as I needed, answering questions, explaining options, and making sure I understood the details of my procedure. I never felt rushed or that he was impatient. Not possible to handle care that well in a 15min appt, which is WHY he's in demand, but late.

9:15 am appt, shows up 3 hours late with no reason or apology. Surgery day my time was 11 arrived with 1 pm surgery. Did not get called back until after 1:30pm, at 4pm after IV is is all prep completed, he sends someone to say he was cancelling my surgery. This office and hospital he uses has the worst customer service . I have never had this issue ever, except with this dr.

As a healthcare professional of 40 years, I found Dr. Seiff to be an extraordinary surgeon who truly cares about his patients and is extremely thorough in his patient assessment. While the office wait time can be lengthy that should not be a factor when selecting a qualified surgeon.
