Hi, I have to say about Mr. Michael, who have placed the order worth $10000 USD. After successfully received the order, he is claiming that he did not do the transaction. and asked the Bank to stop the transaction. As a small business owner, it is a big amount of money, but Mr. Michael just ignores our number of calls and emails. I hope you someone will look into it, and i will request everyone, let him struggle to get the client for the business so hopefully, he will understand.

I called the office weeks in advance, I explained in great detail how other dentists have been trying to do services than charge me without ant prior knowledge of owing anything, trying to take advantage of a senior with disabilities. Dr. Nudleberg is worse. Its like entering the spider's web. I was assured everything would be taken care of by my dental plan. 2 weeks later, they send me a bill for various "services" If Dr. Nudleberg wants to strong arm me, I will go to the State Attorney on Monday and file a complaint. Think we found a new dentist. The office staff was amazing, friendly & extremely helpful. The doctor explained everything in detailed. He went above and beyond to help my mother who is 82yo and answered all questions and made her comfortable. Thank you! Oh the office was soooo clean!!
