Many, many thanks to Dr. Michael Mason and team for such wonderful care during my root canal today. I am a terrible patient (admittedly) and they made my time in the chair comfortable. Dr. Mason is very patient and accommodating. He actually listened and understood about my shakiness with numbing shots. I had almost no shakiness today which was no small task. I had a great experience here. First, the office is beautiful, immaculate, and very comfortable. Seems they have lots of modern equipment to diagnose and treat, I mean alot!!! They were v gentle, and actually listened to me, and were great w communicating on every step. They quoted me upfront so no surprises. All in all - an ideal experience, for a not so ideal situation (root canal).
I went in for a consultation and Dr. Mason was able to take me right in and get my root canal done in an hour! I have to say - he is a master at Novocain injections. Super fast and gentle. His office is super nice and he is very professional. My dreaded root canal was about as easy as getting a dental cleaning! Highly recommend!
My wife and I have both seen Dr. Mason for work several times over the last few years. He is highly skilled and the treatments have been almost pain free. His office staff is also excellent and kind. We highly recommend anyone with Endodontic needs to choose Dr. Mason!
