Dr. Mason did an amazing job on my root canal. I had a problematic nerve in my tooth and was very difficult to numb and he did a great job numbing me and being very thorough to get it all cleaned out and fixed. I highly recommend him and the staff are very nice!
Amy L in the last week Dr. Mason proceeded with root canal on a tooth which had all negative results on his testing. He charged an exorbitant amount of money for use of nitrous oxide. Dr. insisted on use of an "oral dam" in spite of my pleading not to use it. As a result, I experienced 6 months of lock jaw. I would recommend Dr. Mason for the following reason:He takes a personal interest in the comfort of his patients. This I experienced during my consultation. as I waited in the exam room I was greeted with a warm smile and an honest opinion of what he could do for me as far as my dental care. The day of my procedure I was greeted right by Amanda with a smile. Dr. Mason and Yany did my procedure with care and excellence! Painless - efficient - professional with HEART ! technology is great .
Dr. Mason and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I am typically terrified of going to the dentist, so the idea of a root canal was beyond frightening; but they explained everything and were comforting me during the entire procedure. If I ever need anymore treatments, I will definitely be returning to Dr. Mason and his team; and referring him to family and friends.
Dr. Mason, and staff, treated me with kindness and compassion. The idea of a root canal was frightening but eveyone put me at ease. Dr. Mason explained each step as he was doing it and what to expect. I am a coward no more! Positive experience. All were professional and knowledgeable while showing compassion and understanding.
