Every time I tried to give them any of my input or tell them any of my concerns, they just interrupted me. They obviously didn't want to hear what I had to say. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
