Great communication, knowledge and curtesy matters.excellent
I feel the doctor is knowledgeable and I am confident in his abilities. When in person, staff has been kind. Office communication is HORRIBLE. If I call with questions, no one calls me back. I had a minor concern, did not get a response from the nurse's line for a week. When she finally called, I was told to go to the emergency room (I believe this was Vanessa). We understand these concerns and are currently working to resolve this issue. This is actually more of a staffing shortage issue than a technology problem. Because a phone system is only as good as the team behind it, we are looking for qualified and driven team members to assist patients when they call our office as we all bounce back from the Covid 19 pandemic. We appreciate this feedback and we hope to resolve this matter very soon.
Dr. Billhymer had great professional skills, demonstrated kindness, and showed genuine interest in his patient. He has awesome bedside manors. I wish he could teach other physicians how to show they care. I was most grateful he took the time to answer all my questions and my husband's. We know he is very busy, but he did not make us feel rushed. He shows concern and understanding. We cannot praise him enough or thank him enough. .
Fell and dislocated l shoulder and fractured the humerus bone also. Went to emergency and ended up with surgery and got dr Billhymer and i feel he did an awesome job. for the damage ended up being more than i thought. The pain of this is really hard for me at this point in my life. I am very thankful that Dr Billhymer ended up in.

My surgery was okay - I was not aware of where i was, i did remember the EMT nurse told me i had broken my hip. I know my surgery went well, the medical team was very good. Dr B is great.
I am greatful to all the drs and nurses that were so helpful to me. All were kind and careing. Thank you so much.
The was my first experience having a cast. Dr Billhymer explained what he was doing step by step. Do not hesitate to choose him as your choice of ortho, you will be extremely happy. All office staff are friendly and helpful as well!
