If i could give 0 stars i would. Very long wait. Went twice both times i was told that i will be seeing the actual dermatologist and both times when i got there they said he’s not there. They made me wait more than an hour both times and the PA literally took 2 min. I don’t think they should over schedule people if they can’t handle it.
This office is a disgrace. They hardly take the time to see their patients. I waited there for 2 hrs 30 min and the PA never even looked at my skin cancer condition for 5 sec. And told me return in 2 weeks. I am taking my medical chart and go else where, where patients are taking care of properly! My advise don't go here you need proper medical attention if you have skin cancer! They don't care, I work in the medical field too and this place is horrible!
NOO IMPROVEMENT !!! 😡 I’ve been going here for a year and within that year i saw no improvement, and got burned from their laser twice!! I went for my eczema and they would prescribe ointments that did nothing so you can come again next time seeking help. They only want your money! ALSO THE LINE TAKES FOREVERRRRR & Dr Berry is only there once a week. DO NOTTTT RECOMMEND. I now go to Schweiger Dermatology in Forest Hills and no longer have any sort of eczema :)
