I normally don't write reviews, especially the negative ones, but I feel I have to write this one. Despite the 3 star reviews the clinic has, I still wanted to give this place a chance. This place is horrible. I have called the office three times on three different days to confirm my visit purpose ( deep cleaning and hand carrying my other doctor report) and insurance type. Attempted to schedule a first time appointment at this facility. I was a little irritated as they had to keep calling me back over the last few days because they were putting my information wrong in the system. each time it sounded like they were either at home with their kids or the receptionist next to each other were laughing and talking to loud and I had to keep repeating myself 4-5 times because they could not hear me.
