Not only did he catch a relatively rare diagnosis at a time when the ER was basically overrun. We need more doctors like Dr. Shertz. Thank you!
This man completely disregarded my sister and almost killed her. She came in bleeding to death and he brushed her off with period pain on Saturday, by Wednesday she needed 6 blood transfusions and 2 plasma transfusions when she went to see another ER doctor. He came in to the room already having a diagnosis for her without looking at her. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. Ask for a different doctor if he comes into the room.
