Didn't have the pleasure of meeting the Dr. I went to this office 3 times thanks to his receptionist. 1st visit I showed my I'd and ins. card and told her I was referred and by who. She stated since he didn't do my surgery I needed my medical records of the procedure. I tracked down the post op documents by driving from Weslaco to Austin which showed what was done. 2nd visit, drop off docs and was told now I need copy on disc of MRI a report wasn't good enough ( after i already drove to Harlingen to get paper copy).
