After years with this doctor I left. Loved him 10 years ago but service has declined. I left due to rushed visits and expensive charges not explained to me properly.

I left this office with tears! Dr Reep assistant “Carolyn” was a horrible person! She had no empathy and refused to listen to me while I am explaining to her my hair loss problem! She lacks humane skills and respect for patients. She was in hurry to be done with me and go to the next patient! I felt I am in some type of business store not in a DOCTOR OFFICE. I am always greeted cordially and never had to wait. His staff is very efficient to insure all your concern are covered. Dr. Reep Is attentive, friendly, professional, and efficient. Being a senior he always points out issues and normal skin conditions for a senior.
